Nasi Lemak Burung Hantu had the incredible honour of being part of the Road to UNESCO event, a grand celebration of our cherished Malaysian heritage. And what better way to honour our rich culture than with the flavours that define us: roti canai, teh tarik, and of course, the beloved nasi lemak.

The event was a beautiful tapestry of local traditions and culinary artistry, showcasing the essence of what makes Malaysia so unique. To stand shoulder to shoulder with iconic nasi lemak legends like Nasi Lemak Tanglin, Nasi Lemak Suri 223, and so many other esteemed names was truly a humbling and heartwarming experience. It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do, to bring people together over a plate of delicious, fragrant nasi lemak.
